For every purchase you make, a percentage of the total amount is credited back into your Ploutos card account. The percentage of your payback reward depends on the business. Each point is equivalent to $1. What is PLOUTOS Card?
PLOUTOS card is not a credit card. It is a reward Points collection card that operates under the terms and conditions developed by (“Company”) and described herein. PLOUTOS card is automatically given at no cost to (Cardholders).
How does PLOUTOS Card work?
Cardholders can collect Points by purchasing goods or services from Affiliated Partners and that allow Cardholders to later use these Points to redeem goods and services at any Affiliated Partner. Each Affiliated Partner sets a discount rate on the purchases made by the Cardholders at its establishments. For each purchase with the use of a Card at an Affiliated Partner’s establishment, a Cardholder collects Points corresponding to the discount rate that Affiliated Partner has set. Points can be redeemed by the Cardholder at any Affiliated Partner after two business days have lapsed from date of the purchase transaction, or when the Affiliated Partner has credited the discount on the purchased amount to the Company trust account, whichever is later. The redemption of Points is subject to the activation of the Card by the Cardholder, via the Company’s website, by submitting the essential details required for the Cardholder to participate in the Ploutos loyalty scheme program. In order to redeem Points, a Cardholder is required to show a valid government issued identity card. Unused Points will expire 18 months after the date of they were credited and cannot be redeemed thereafter. Within the 18-month use period, Cardholders will be able to redeem their Points at any of the Affiliated Partners. Under no circumstances can Points be redeemed by the Cardholder from the Company as a monetary sum. A Cardholder cannot earn Points from an Affiliated Partner that has its own discount program during the official discount period or that participates in other reward programs such as with the use of a particular credit card, and cannot benefit simultaneously from both programs if cardholder pays with such a credit card. Consequently, the Affiliated partner shall not be compelled to accept the Card, or to reward Points to the Cardholder, in these cases.
Subscribers shall be debited with an annual subscription fee that is retained from the first Points that are collected using the card or after each renewal of their subscription. The fee amount for the annual subscription is printed in the first page of _______________ on the Company’s website, and can be revised by the Company at any time without notice.
The card holder can activate his/her card, via the Company’s website by submitting the essential details required for the Cardholder to participate in the Ploutos loyalty program. The card holder can then redeem the loyalty points at an Affiliated Partner. The redemption can start immediately after the activation of the loyalty card.
Reporting of Card Activity
Holders of the card shall be informed on their Card activity, available Points and redeemed Points via the Company’s website, without cost, or with a minimum cost for the Subscribers who call the Company’s customer service by telephone, by entering or stating their Card number. In the same way, holders can be informed when their Points are approaching the end of the 18-month use period and have still not been redeemed.
Loss of Card
In the event of a loss of their Card, Cardholders must contact the Company stating their Card number or their essential details that are on file. The Company is compelled, at a minimal cost to such a card holder, to replace immediately the lost Card and to transfer any Points to a new Card which the holder can obtain from any Affiliated Partner. The Company is not responsible for Points that have been credited to a lost Card, but which were earned prior to the activation of the Card by the holder.
Special Offers and Useful Information
Holders shall be informed of special offers by Affiliated Partners, special promotional activities, competitions and draws by the Company via the Company’s website, and/or any other outlets that the Company elects to use.

No, you can get the Ploutos Card for free and start collecting points the same day. Every year that you use your Ploutos Card, 20 points will be gradually deducted from your overall points, in 4 installments. The amount of each installment’s points depends on your activity, always making sure there are points left in your account.

You may have already received a Ploutos card after starting the sign-up process with one of our Ploutos partners. The next step is to finish sign-up online (hyperlink) to take full advantage of the rewards that Ploutos offers. By finishing your sign-up online, you’ll get relevant, specially-selected offers that will help you earn points fast. It is necessary to finish sign-up online (hyperlink) in order to associate your card with your account and feel safe about your points, even if you lose the card.
Just pop in to any CHILLBOX USA store and when you make a purchase, ask the member of staff to give you a Ploutos Reward Card. You can start collecting Points straight away but remember, you must register your card at ploutoscard.com to be able to receive any rewards to spend. Once registered, you can collect points online as well as in store.
Fill the application form at ploutoscard.com. Until that moment you may have the Ploutos Card but because you have not been registered yet, you are not a Ploutos Card Member.
Just send us an email with your new contact info. It is very important to keep your contact data updated so in case you lose your card we can replace it immediately.
Actually no, we do not offer gifts. We deduct the value of points from your next purchase. So you don’t have to wait for the gift you like or to collect a lot of points to get what you want.
It is really easy and fun to redeem your points. Each point equals to $0.10. Just ask at the cashier to redeem the points you have gained until that moment. If you have collected 10points, that equals to $1 and the cashier will make a $1 discount. If you have collected 5 points, that equals to $0.5 and the cashier will deduct equal amount from the value of your purchase. You don’t have to spend all your points at once. It is up to you how much points you are going to redeem.
18 months. If you do not redeem your points for 18 months you lose them. But don’t worry, we will send you a reminder email two months before the expiration.
Send us an email and we will replace it immediately. To do that you must have already filled the Ploutos card application form. If you lose your card before you have filled the application with your personal data (by filling the application) you will lose any collected points.

Terms and Conditions
1) By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
2) This Prize Draw is open to residents of the US only aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the CHILLBOX USA, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.
3) To enter you must complete the entry form with your personal details at store (or online at www.CHILLBOXusa.com). Prize Draw opens at 12pm (EST) on February 13, 2016 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) on October 31, 2016 (the “Closing Date”). Only one entry per person. CHILLBOX USA does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.
4) By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about CHILLBOX promotions, products and news. CHILLBOX complies with the standard procedures laid down in the USA Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so.
5) The winner will be the first entry drawn at random (by an independent person) within 3 days of the Closing Date. CHILLBOX decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be 1 winner.

8) Both the winner and the winner’s guest (the “Winners”) must be aged 18 years or over.

11) If the Prize is not claimed within 1 week of the winner being notified, CHILLBOX reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
12) Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. CHILLBOX USA, Lymel Holdings reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control
13) By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as CHILLBOX may require.
14) Winners are able to extend their trip at their own expense.
15) Winners should allow up to 30 days for their prize to be confirmed.
16) Once a booking is confirmed, any name or date no changes may be made.
17) The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
18) Travel date restrictions apply. The Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, school holidays or public holidays in the country of departure or the destination country unless stated otherwise. Prize must be taken before xxx unless stated otherwise.
19) Winners’ requested departure date must have a minimum of 90 days advance notice after completion of their winner form unless stated otherwise.
20) Unless otherwise notified, it will be assumed that the Winners both have a full passport, valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel.
21) Visas are the responsibility of the Winners.
22) Winners must have access to a personal email account.
23) Winners will need a credit or debit card for the security deposit in order to check in to the hotel.
24) CHILLBOX reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).
